<image:caption>An Afro‑Boricua born in Brooklyn and raised on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, now based in Miramar, Florida, Liz blends mujerista and barrio theology with deep roots in justice-oriented ministry. With over three decades of leadership across nonprofit, higher education, and church contexts, she founded Passion2Plant, the only national church‑planting network led by woman (& of color)—and The Passion Center, an online justice-driven training hub. As director of the Lilly Endowment‑funded Púlpito Fellows through a partnership with Urban Strategies, she equips Latina/o leaders to use social media to share the gospel via their digital pulpit. An ordained Disciples of Christ minister and longtime educator, Liz has served roles at Nyack College, Fuller Theological Seminary, and on many national boards most recently, Sojourners. She also consults and mentors leaders in faith and justice spaces and serves her denomination on the Commission on Ministry and Obra Hispana. Liz has earned a MA in Management, MA in Social Justice, EdD in Adult Education/Org Leadership and DMin with a focus on Civic Engagement and Church Planting from a Latino Pentecostal lens. She lives in South Florida with her husband of 35 years, Rev. Hiram Rios. She is the mother of two sons—Sam and Daniel (who transitioned to heaven on September 22, 2022) and infuses her work with love, resilience, radical vision and humor.</image:caption>

He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

He and his wife, Aisha, moved from Los Angeles to Colorado in 2016 following their passion and God's call as ministers. <image:title>Team - Jason Charles</image:title>
<image:caption>Jason was born and raised in Calgary, but don’t hold that against him. He is proud to call BC home! He has a wide range of educational background including a Masters of Divinity, but if you ask him, he never expected to end up a pastor. He had the privilege of serving and leading youth and young adults ministries at Calgary Life Church over the course of ten years. It was there he felt his passion for people and the local church flourish. In the summer of 2017, he along with an incredible team moved from Calgary to start City Collective. Jason and Adrianna were married in the winter of 2019 and are proud parents to their little girl, Mia. Adrianna is from the lower mainland, an accountant and passionate about all things City Collective and reality TV. They are known for their big smiles, love for people, and passion to see people discover a relationship with Jesus.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Michaell (and her husband Clint) have been serving alongside each other in the local church for 20+ years. After spending the last fifteen years being a part of two incredible churches in Michigan, it’s been a privilege to move back to Northern California - one of the most innovative and influential areas of the world to plant Eastown Church. Michaell has spent years communicating a deep belief that God has an incredible, adventure-filled story not only for each of our individual lives and the lives of our families, but also for the impact we can make on our world both locally and globally when we come together.</image:caption>
